Steve's diverse background has proved valuable during his career. Steve began his security career in 1979 as a security guard in the corporate world. In the 1990s, Steve held security positions in loss prevention and armed guard services within the financial sector. After earning an AAS in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement in 1991, Steve began a successful law enforcement career, leading to his retirement in 2018.
