Dave Ermini is a licensed Architect currently employed as a Senior Associate at HBA Architecture & Interior Design in Virginia Beach. He has been involved in the design for innumerable projects during his 30+ year career, including high-rise hotels, office buildings, retail stores, entertainment venues, data centers, multifamily residential, and has assisted in the master planning of large mixed-use development projects throughout the U.S.

He has been the primary designer and project manager for several large-scale projects which incorporated significant security and antiterrorism / force protection measures, including a new headquarters building for Army Cyber Security Brigade at Fort Belvoir, a base Access Control Point for the Virgnia National Guard State Military Facility in Virginia Beach, PointOne's Virginia Beach Edge Computing Colocation Facility, and the U.S. Embassy complex in Sofia, Bulgaria.
