About
Community oriented. Focused. Creative.
I am a professional with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Horticulture, concentrating in Landscape Design and Contracting from Colorado State University. My academic foundation gave me strong skills in site planning, sustainable design, and construction management—skills I am eager to bring forward in the field of landscape architecture.
For over a decade, I have served as a Deputy Sheriff with the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office, specializing as a Bomb Technician and Canine Handler. This career has shaped me into a disciplined, detail-oriented professional who thrives in high-pressure environments and is committed to protecting communities.
What sets me apart in the design field is my certification in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). I bring a rare perspective that bridges aesthetics, functionality, and safety—creating spaces that are not only beautiful but also resilient and secure.
I am passionate about the intersection of landscape architecture and public safety, with a strong interest in how thoughtful design can prevent crime, mitigate threats, and enhance community well-being. Looking ahead, I am excited to contribute to projects that blend creativity with purpose, making outdoor spaces that are sustainable, welcoming, and safe for all.
