Mr. Starck is a career Physical Security leader with over 35 years of diverse experience operating in over 15 countries. Work ranging from physical security design, and installation project management, to anti-terrorism planning and executive/dignitary protection. Mr. Starck has been a police officer in Hawaii, a private investigator in California, V.P. of Pinkerton stationed in Hong Kong, and instructor to executive protection specialist, police departments, military units, and government agencies worldwide.
