Robert Natoli is a board-certified security professional and subject matter expert. In addition to working for multiple private security companies both in California and Texas, Robert served as the Senior Safety and Security Analyst for the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services providing security assessments for government facilities across the State of California. Robert began his security career in 2009 working for the California State University, Sacramento police department as a community service officer. Since then, he has worked through the ranks of security including working as a uniformed guard, patrol driver, armed security officer, operations manager, director of operations, business development manager and as vice president of operations. In September of 2023 Robert joined RMP Security as the company President.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento and has achieved the world-renowned Triple Crown from ASIS International (Certified Protection Professional, Physical Security Professional, and Professional Certified Investigator. In addition to the Triple Crown, Robert has been board certified by the National Institute of Crime Prevention for his knowledge of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED). The CPTED Professional Designation by the NICP is achieved through 64 hours of instruction, passing multiple written tests, as well as completing multiple field assessments. Through this training, Robert is certified to provide physical security assessments for properties including high rise commercial properties, industrial properties, K-12 schools, corporate headquarters, government facilities, etc. Robert has consulted with numerous businesses, nonprofits, schools, and government facilities to provide his security expertise with lighting, camera placement, perimeter security, and security policies and emergency management.
