Hello, I'm Serg, a seasoned Physical Security professional based in the UK. My journey in the realm of security and defense has been marked by a commitment to clarity, removing ambiguity, and enhancing physical security solutions in the logistic environment.

My academic foundation was laid at the Land Forces Academy, "Nicolae Balcescu," Sibiu, Romania, where I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Military Science, Leadership, and Operational Art in 2010. This educational background provided the bedrock for my subsequent ventures into the dynamic field of physical security.

I began my career as a Second Lieutenant in the Romanian Armed Forces, where I served until 2015, completing my Romanian MOD journey as a First Lieutenant.

My career has been characterized by diverse roles, each contributing to my expertise and skill set. I am currently serving as a Security Consultant at Toren Consulting Ltd., where I continue to apply my knowledge and experience for the built environment.

Prior to this, I spent a significant tenure at Amazon, where I held the position of Program Manager in Physical Security Design for the EMEA region and also as a Physical Security Implementation Program Manager. My efforts at Amazon were recognized with internal awards for excellence in project execution.

In addition to my time at Amazon, I have held various positions, including Loss Prevention Manager, Loss Prevention Specialist, and Loss Prevention Support, where I demonstrated leadership in driving security programs, conducting investigations, and managing security teams. These roles equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of security challenges and the importance of proactive risk management.
