With over 20 years of cross-discipline experience and a strong technical background in physical security design, crime prevention (CPTED) and risk analysis, access control and CCTV, digital engineering, IT infrastructure, systems and networks, project management and estimating, I help companies plan, design, manage and deliver multimillion dollar multi-discipline projects across Australia and New Zealand.

My project management, engineering and technical strengths are in leading engineering and project delivery teams, managing and tracking project budgets, costs, and deliverables, providing engineering expertise and solving specific technical issues throughout all stages of the projects including bid development, pre-sales engineering, concept, CPTED and risk analysis, system and infrastructure design, detailed design, installation, testing, verification, commissioning and handover.

I plan and coordinate project works and manage subcontractors, engineering, and installation teams with a focus on budget, costs, compliance with contractual requirements, best practice guidelines, health & safety, and quality standards.

Over the last several years I have been engaged by project delivery teams to provide comprehensive CPTED audits, reviews and recommendations across many New Zealand and Australian projects of various values and complexities.
