Kelly Premo, MPH, CPD, is the Director of Prevention and Specialized Advocacy for the South Carolina Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault (SCCADVASA). With a professional background in law enforcement and over a decade of leadership in victim advocacy, Kelly specializes in integrating Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) into multi-disciplinary violence prevention strategies. She holds a Master of Public Health from Kent State University and is an NICP CPTED Professional Designation (CPD) holder. As a South Carolina Certified Victim Service Provider and a Certified Professional Facilitator, Kelly focuses on community engagement through innovative tools like Photovoice and insight mapping. Her work bridges the gap between environmental design and trauma-informed practice, empowering stakeholders to create safer, more resilient communities through intentional placemaking and inclusive, survivor-centered prevention efforts.
