Prior to joining Sompo International, Andrew spent 11 years working in luxury hospitality as a Safety and Security Director. In addition to managing all security operations, Andrew managed and maintained all safety programs for hotels, food and beverage, and retail. Andrew helped develop and implement safety programs for multiple hotel openings and renovations, while working with local emergency services to ensure a safe environment for employees, guests, and patrons. He’s been with Sompo International for five and a half years.
