With a passion for community development and safety, Ron has been in roles involving designing and implementing CPTED into initiatives locally aligned with federal guidelines under the Community Development Block Grant. His focus has been to address crime prevention effectively and efficiently as well as train law enforcement.
He brings a strong educational background to his work. He holds an associate degree in business from Louisburg College in North Carolina. A private Christian institution which provided him with a solid foundation in the principles of management and entrepreneurship. Building upon this, he earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from SUNY Plattsburgh in Plattsburgh, New York. Additionally, he possesses valuable expertise and certifications gained from two years of experience with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a certified VITA/TCE Advanced Tax Preparer.
Ron assisted in leading a one-hundred-man march where he compiled data from the citizens and listed thirty-three legislative agendas that contributed to Buffalo's Police Reform. Ronald was honored with the prestigious 30 under 30 Changemaker Award in New York. This coveted award recognized his outstanding accomplishments in the category of community and political engagement, highlighting his transformative efforts and tireless advocacy for positive change.
Ron serves as a minister in training for Impacting Love Global Ministry where is serves as the head of the Men’s Ministry. Ronald's commitment to supporting and uplifting others extends beyond his professional endeavors, as he leverages his faith and dedication to education to create a positive impact in the community.
