I am the Security Manager for Michigan's Adventure amusement park in Muskegon, Michigan. My career experience includes an enlistment in the Marine Corps, an undergraduate in Criminal Justice, an MBA, and now, my CPD. I have been a private security professional since 2012, with most of my experience being in healthcare and amusement venue security. I began to explore CPTED in 2016 when I was assigned to conduct assessments for several healthcare sights, and I went on to get my CPD from NICP in 2021. I love to teach security concepts and CPTED principles, both to security colleagues and to those in other specialties. Public safety is a team effort!
