Joe Sutcliffe has over 40 years of security and law enforcement experience. Mr. Sutcliffe is board certified in security management as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP®), which is the gold standard and an internationally recognized certification. He also holds the Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) Professional Designation (CPD). Mr. Sutcliffe has been a Terrorist Liaison Officer (TLO) for many years, a Registered Locksmith (RL) for over 40 years and is an FAA Part 107 certified small, unmanned aircraft pilot. He currently is with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department in the Office of County Safety and Security (OCSS) as an Infrastructure Security Specialist.
