Jonathan Kremser, Ph.D. is President and Principal Consultant for Forensic Security & Protection, LLC. He provides consultation and training in the area of workplace violence prevention, security compliance requirement consultation, physical security audits, and cyber-bullying prevention to companies, educational institutions, municipalities, and the legal profession. Dr. Kremser has studied and worked with the leading experts in crime prevention in the world. He incorporates all of the latest, cutting-edge research in his work, and has presented at numerous international crime and security-related conferences, including the Stockholm Criminology Symposium, which is organized by the Swedish National Council of Crime Prevention and the Swedish Government.

In addition to his extensive experience in the security consulting company industry, Dr. Kremser actively maintains many professional certifications in the areas of crime prevention, school safety, and security management. He is a certified school lockdown strategies trainer and a bullying prevention trainer, and is certified by the National Association of School Resource Officers in Active Shooter Response and has trained with school resource officers from the Fargo, North Dakota Police, Allentown Police, and several other departments. He also has extensive training and experience protecting critical infrastructure within the utility industry.

Dr. Kremser is also a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), which is considered the “gold standard” within the security industry. The certification is awarded based upon experience and passage of a rigorous examination that provides an objective measure of an individual’s broad-based knowledge and competency in security management.

Dr. Kremser holds a bachelor’s degree from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, a masters in criminology from the University of Ottawa, and a master’s and Ph.D. in criminal justice from Rutgers University.
