Scott oversees the Thornton Tomasetti Protective Design & Security practice in the Washington D.C. office, which specializes in security design and assessments. Scott has more than 19 years of experience working with the Government, Municipal, Higher Educations and Commercial clients to provide safe and security facilities. His responsibilities include managing the safety and security aspects of a project including the comprehensive understanding of each project's unique goals, constraints and requirements to develop customized, holistic and integrated safety and security plans and mitigation strategies. Where appropriate, Thornton Tomasetti's PD&S team, can also incorporate proportional target hardening strategies, including site and building physical hardening and coordinated electronic security systems design.
