Mr. Andreasen is Training and Risk Assessment Specialist with Xspct, llc in Marianna, Fl. He spent 21 years in the United States Air Force in a variety of positions as Security and Crime Prevention Specialist as well Stinger Missile Team Chief and NCOIC of a Small Unit Antiterrorism program. Additionally, he was a Professional Military Education teacher and curriculum developer with the College for Enlisted Professional Military Education (CEPME). He  holds an Associates of Applied Science degrees in Industrial Security and Instructional Technology and Military Science from the Community College of the Air Force, a Bachelor of Science degree  in Liberal Studies from the University of the State of New York-Regents College, a Master of Science degree in Technical and Occupational Education from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Master of Science degree in Justice and Public Safety from Auburn University- Montgomery  and a Master of Arts degree in Security Studies-Homeland Security and Defense from the Naval Post Graduate School. He spent over 19 years as an Emergency Management Director in the state of Florida at the county-level. He is certified as a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) with the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM). He is certified as a Florida Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design Practitioner (FCP) through the Florida Crime Prevention Association and a CPTED Professional Designation (CPD) through the National Institute of Crime Prevention (NICP). He holds numerous training certifications through the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium to include Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings Train the Trainer and Prevention of Suicide Bombing Incidents Train the Trainer. He is a Multi-Hazards Emergency Planning for Schools Train the Trainer through the Emergency Management Institute as well as a Bomb Materials Awareness Program (BMAP) Community Liaison and Administrator and Trainer. He is certified in numerous active shooter prevention programs to include ALICE, CRASE and ALIVE and has provided active shooter training, and consultation, to organizations and various programs to prepare personnel to meet active shooter threats.
